On route to Shanghai
We have been unable to get the Internet over the last few days. We will be posting the last 5 days of entries at the same time. Please simply follow the dates on the blogs.
Most of day spent on the plane on route to Shanghai. The Silk Road leg of our flight is over and now onto a major city before this leg of the trip comes to an end. Then Ms. Becker and I are off to Japan on our own. We are looking forward to this. It is a long day, we will not get into Shanghai until 8pm. We have a layover in Urumqi. The flying portion of the day is 6 1/2 hours.
Okay so we arrived in Shanghai and both of us were missing home especially since we are headed to Japan on Tuesday while the rest of our group goes home. Can you guess from the pictures what we did to get a taste of home :-)

Hope you enjoyed that chocolate muffin :-)
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you are having sooo much fun. Even I want to go to Japan and Taiwan, but my Dad says, "No way." By the way, I took your advice Ms. Bisconti and went to chateau de versailles in France and it so huge we didn't see the whole entire house not even including the garden; I nearly walked my father's and Grandma's foot off. I look forward to post
ReplyDeleteMs. Bisconti,
ReplyDeleteI just caught up on all of the posts about your trip and it looks amazing! Reading this the things we learned in 8th grade are coming back...slowly! A lot of the information from my class was really relevant to what we did in your class :)Your descriptions of all the sights is really awesome and I love seeing the pictures!
Have fun!
